Baltimore Towing FAQs

Straight answers on price, timing and how a call actually works.

How much does a tow cost in Baltimore?

Local tows start at $79. Price depends on distance, vehicle type and any winching or recovery work. You'll have the full number before we dispatch a truck.

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Nights and bad weather are when most tows happen, so that's when we make sure someone is answering.

How long will it take you to get here?

Typically 25–45 minutes across the Baltimore metro, depending on your location and traffic on I-95, I-695 and I-83. We give you an honest ETA on the phone rather than an optimistic one.

What areas do you cover?

Baltimore City plus 28 surrounding communities in Baltimore County, northern Anne Arundel County and eastern Howard County — roughly a ten-mile ring around downtown. We also do long-distance runs out of the area.

What forms of payment do you take?

Cash and major credit and debit cards. We confirm the amount and the payment method on the phone.

Can you tow my all-wheel-drive vehicle or EV?

Yes. Both go on the flatbed so no driven wheels are turning. We tow Teslas and other EVs regularly.

Can you get into a parking garage?

Usually. Flatbeds need overhead clearance, so for low garages we send a wheel-lift. Tell us the garage and level when you call.

Do you do accident recovery?

Yes. Call 911 first if anyone is hurt. We can meet police on scene, load vehicles that don't roll, and clear debris from the travel lane.

Do you buy junk cars?

Yes, and removal is free for unwanted vehicles. Running or not, wrecked or whole — call with the details for a cash offer.

Do I need a title to sell my junk car?

Maryland generally requires it. If the title is lost, a duplicate from the MVA is usually straightforward, and we'll tell you what to bring.

Can you tow a motorcycle?

Yes — flatbed only, with a front chock and soft straps so nothing is loaded through the handlebars.

What if my car is blocked in or in a tight alley?

That's a wheel-lift job, and Baltimore has plenty of them. Rowhouse alleys, packed side streets and stacked parking are routine for us.

Do you work with insurance or roadside plans?

We're a direct-pay company, which usually means faster service than waiting on a dispatch queue. Many roadside plans reimburse you for a receipted tow — check yours, and we'll give you the paperwork.

Is the price different at night or on holidays?

We'll always quote you the actual price for your job when you call, at whatever hour you call. What you're told is what you pay.
